Hello all! I’m brand new to this site. I graduated way back in 1971 and have never been to the reunion. Was wondering if my class ever got together in the past. Would love to attend!
Hey guys,I was at LeJeune 70-72 and graduated at Swansboro ...Maureen Nilsen graduated w me there!We were at Holy Spirit,LHS and S’boro..grad in 74.I have not been to a reunion and am planning on being there in 10..my sis Donna Albert Royal goes...I have been in touch with Denice Magers via facebook and Maureen via e-mail...I hope I run into many I have known...My deepest sympathies and fondest memories to those who have passed...it makes me sad and I’m so thankful to all of you who have fought for our freedoms....See you there!!Katherine-Kate Albert Cardwell
Dear Kate, can’t wait to see you. I’m so happy we have found each other after all these years! You made my move to Lejeune in the middle of my sophomore year so much easier and helped me to feel right at home. I have so many fond memories of you and I hangin’ out and being silly and just being being friends!
Me,too...HS is such a trying time and in the military so much moving causes friendships to form hard and fast..it seems!You have always brought great fun friend memories...Thanks for the nod but you were just as important to me!!Can’t wait to see ya and others!!

Yes, indeed, I shall be there! I visited Lejeune a few months ago, that place is small!!! I can’t believe I was that small back then. And the bathrooms....*shivers*...man. XD
there will be attempts to block off hotels for the different decades. It would be good to set up a strand for people to state that they are going FOR SURE next winter. That would give some teeth to allow hotels to block off rooms by decade.
The hotels by decades thing sounds like a blast. We’re planning on attending. I’ll e-mail my brother to let him know, too. He’ll be assigned to Bolivia by then, but may be able to fly up, since it’s the summer. ...also, If anybody has an ‘82 yearbook, I’d love to get a digital copy. If anyone’s there at LHS...do they still have all the old yearbooks in the school library?

I haven’t been able to attend a reunion yet, although every time I hear about one I make plans. Seems like work just dominates my time. I hope to see some of 75ers and the TT gang. Great times at LHS and will always be a Devilpup.
I plan on being there. Went in the 90’s but did not get notice on last one but will make best effort to be there this time. Will have to let my sister Mary Christie ( attended LHS in 60’s)know about it. She went to one in 90’s also and we had fun. Look forward to seeing classmates of 78. Brenda Childers
